Once we’ve determined the right level of care together, we’ll begin a planning process. Fedelta’s team will develop a customized care plan, conduct a start-of-care caregiver orientation all while providing ongoing care management supervision.

During short shifts, at-home caregivers come to your home for two to six hours. This is a great option if you’re looking for senior care services, such as senior companionship. A senior companion can accompany your loved one to enrichment programs, help them grocery shop, or do activities around the house. Short shifts can make a big difference in the mental health of seniors.
Hourly care starts at four hours of care and goes up to 24 hours. This is great for people who need constant care. Hourly care allows primary caregivers to keep their part-time or full-time jobs, knowing that their loved ones are getting the care they require and deserve.
