Letter from the CEO

Delivering quality, flexible, and cost-efficient home care services with a hyper-focus on customer service to our clients, staff, and trusted partners is the heart of what Fedelta Home Care is all about. As Fedelta’s new CEO, I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself, share how excited I am to be joining the Fedelta team, and communicate our continued commitment to providing the best home care services.

I stepped into the CEO role at Fedelta with over twenty years of home care experience, most recently as the owner of a consulting practice that focused on providing operational and leadership support to home care operators. I also held senior leadership roles for over 16 years as a home care operator and leader in a five-state territory. Throughout my career, I have gained an appreciation for the importance of supporting the independence of our clients to live and age in place and how essential it is to provide a great place to work for our care teams.
As Fedelta moves into its next chapter, I want to share a few exciting things we are working on. First, Fedelta is now operating in the Portland, OR market, with plans to expand services into Vancouver, WA, later this year. We are also working on a plan to serve the Medicaid community in the Seattle metro area (to start). The expansion into Portland and serving Medicaid clients are an integral part of our strategic plan, and we also believe these expansions will help support our provider network with more options when working with Fedelta.
As we cruise through 2023, I want to share a few things we are doing to build a best-in-class workforce. First, our caregiver & nursing staff: are paid the best in the industry, have paid time off, and have shift differentials based on the client’s level of care and access to continuing education. These changes to our time off and pay demonstrate our commitment to the most valuable employees in our organization. We have also committed to building a culture that focuses on solid teamwork, customer focus, community involvement, and making a difference with every interaction.

Focusing on these two critical areas will create an organization where you will feel good sending your loved ones to us.
